about Adriana Veyrat Janés
Madrid, 1965
A multidisciplinary artist, Adriana Veyrat Janés holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her work focuses primarily on sculpture and photography.
Her sculptural production ranges between the conceptual and the material, using materials such as iron, stainless steel, corten steel, glass, and aluminum to create volumes and spaces with presence, lightness, and suggestions of “fleeting spaces” or introspective structures.
She has exhibited regularly at Galería BAT Alberto Cornejo in Madrid, and her artwork is part of public collections, including the Museo de Esculturas al Aire Libre de Leganés. Veyrat has participated in national fairs such as Estampa and Art Madrid, as well as numerous group exhibitions.
In addition to her sculptural artwork, she has developed a photographic practice with a botanical and poetic sensibility, sometimes linked to broader projects that combine imagery, nature, and artistic reflection.
