Alberto Corazón (Madrid, 1942‑2021) was a graphic designer and internationally renowned artist, recognized for his outstanding work in both graphic and industrial design. He received numerous awards, including the National Design Prize (1989) and the Gold Medal of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, being the only European designer to receive this honor. Founder of the Spanish Association of Design Professionals, Corazón also served as an advisor to the European Parliament and was the scientific curator of the exhibition “Signos del Siglo: 100 Years of Graphic Design in Spain”* at the Museo Reina Sofía.
His artwork combines innovation, visual clarity, and conceptual rigor, establishing him as a key figure in contemporary Spanish design.
